Services. Tru Quality Construction, Landscaping & Mowing provides Landscaping, Lawn Mowing, Siding Installation, Flooring Installation, Fence Installation, Pressure Washing, Drywall Installation, Interior Painting and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Tru Quality Construction, Landscaping & Mowing or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Tru Quality Construction, Landscaping & Mowing may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://truqualityconstructionlandscapingandmowing.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Tru Quality Construction, Landscaping & Mowing makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will Tru Quality Construction, Landscaping & Mowing's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tru Quality Construction, Landscaping & Mowing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. MO law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of MO, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Tru Quality Construction, Landscaping & Mowing may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
